All,
Emily is back on the fourth floor in the very same room where she recovered from her transplant in June. She is in a lot of pain from the chest tubes but the nurses are getting it under control.
The surgery was 2 and a half hours long and went off without hitch. Thank you all for your positive thoughts today.

Lots of thoughts and love and strength and oh whatever else I can muster is heading your way. Glad the sugery went with out a hitch and hope the pain subsides and she is feeling good soon enough. She has had good healing energy in that room before so it should work again!

Thinking of you guys and sending tons and tons of love and pain relief. I hope by today that is all under control. Roger and I are so happy to hear everythign went well yesterday. We love you all and are sending big Hughes hugs!!
